Greetings Entreprenerds!
My guests this week are Susan Botello and Aaron Nabus from the International Mobile Film Festival. Susan founded the festival in 2009 as the first film festival to screen films shot with mobile cell phones on a big screen in a traditional film festival setting. The festival is held annually in San Diego and this year will be April 28 and 29.
In addition to the annual festival, Susan works to educate filmmakers and the general public about the use of mobile phones as the most accessible and hands-on way to create films and tell stories. She does this through S. Botello Productions Mobile Film School and through her weekly podcast SBP Podcast, The Voice of Mobile Film.
We’re also joined by one of the International Mobile Film Festival’s Brand Ambassador’s Aaron Nabus, who you may remember from Episode 4 as the co-host of The Hall H Show Podcast, which is the voice for independent creators and artists.
